Former High Touch Technologies Exec to Bring Customer Service Experience, Expertise
(Wichita, Kan.) Keycentrix, a leader in pharmacy management software and technology, has announced Jeff Lucas as its Vice President of Operations, effective immediately. Lucas brings to Keycentrix a 27-year background in successfully leading and managing client service teams, specifically for information technology and software.
As an addition to the Keycentrix leadership team, Lucas will focus on boosting the company’s implementation, training, and support endeavors, through enhancing team capabilities and processes.
